Rian found pleasure in restoring and racing mustangs. This love started at a young age and has created many lasting relationships and memories. Rian was a fan of the Houston Astros and Dallas Cowboys- he attended these sporting events as often as he could. Rian enjoyed trying new restaurants, Texas BBQ, car restoration, hunting, cooking, and music. Rian’s greatest love was found in his daughter Ella Mae Pope. Rian enjoyed teaching Ella about mustangs, baseball, and football while also exposing her to diverse music and his love for sweet treats- even if that meant Ella had marshmallows for breakfast.
Rian will be remembered for his kind and gentle spirit, his humor, his work ethic, his humility and his integrity. He is terribly missed.
In honor of Rian Pope the family welcomes contributions towards Ella Mae’s future in lieu of flowers. You may contact the family to make a contribution.
