Refugia M. Lopez

Ms. Refugia M. Lopez was born on July 3, 1938 in Hays County, TX. Refugia worked for about 15 years in manufacturing environments making shoes and envelopes. She then devoted her life to being our family care giver. She was kind, loving and admired by many.

She was preceded in death by her father (Alberto Moreno), her mother (Eulogia Moreno), her sister (Mary Louise Escobar and husband Rogelio), her brother (Fernando Moreno) and great granddaughter (Delilah). She is survived by her daughter, Mary Frances Rios (husband – Rick Rios) and her son, John Albert Lopez (wife – Tracy Lopez). She is also survived by the following:
