Raul G. Molina went to be with the Lord on September 14, 2019 at the age of 72. He was born on July 14, 1947 in San Antonio, Texas. He served in the US Navy in support of the Vietnam Veteran War. He sailed on the USS Midway and has been awarded the National Defense Service Medal, and the Vietnam Service Medal. He was also a successful business man for over 48 years. His favorite past times were listening to some “fine music” or waiting for Friday night High School football to see if the Judson Rockets would win another game! He is preceded in death by his parents, Pedro and Otilia Molina; sisters, Elvira Lopez, Anna Marie Munoz; brother, Pedro Molina Jr. Raul is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Oneida G. Molina; daughter, Priscilla Molina; siblings, Yolanda Ramirez (Joe), Olga DeHoyos (Jesse), Armando Molina (Margarita), Rudy Molina (Bertha), Linda Escobedo (Albert), Gloria Rodriguez (Michael), Irma Martinez (Jesse), Theresa Estrada (Louis), Daniel Molina (Maureen); granddaughters, Savannah McDonald (Joshua), Alyssa Womack and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Sunset Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held at St. Pius X Catholic Church at 3303 Urban Crest Dr., San Antonio, Texas 78209 on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at 10:00 am, with interment to follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 11:15 am.
