Ramona R. Moreno

Ramona R. Moreno, born on November 3, 1931 in Corpus Christi, TX was called to be with The Lord on September 30, 2020 at the age of 88 years. She is preceded in death by her parents, Marcos Ramirez and Manuela Vega; husband, Alfonso Barrera Moreno; great-grandson, Andrew Xavier Corona. She is survived by her daughter, Leticia V. Moreno and son, Alfonso R. Moreno; grandchildren, Ashley Chitwood, Kristine Vega, Alonzo Moreno, Kristal Corona, Alyssa Moreno, Alfonso Moreno Jr., Christian Luis, Jesse Joe Moreno and Jason Moreno; great grandchildren, Esperanza Corona, Matthew Corona, Emma Moreno, Lucy Moreno, Azariah Moreno, Alejandro Vega, Brayden Redus, Camila Redus, Abigail Chitwood, Clarissa Chitwood, Mya Chitwood and Andres Corona; cousin, Libertad Longoria; and sister-in-law Sebastiana Perez. The Visitation will be held Sunday, October 11, 2020 from 5:00 pm. to 9:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino, 226 Cupples Rd. with Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. The Procession will depart from the funeral home on Monday, October 12, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection at St. Timothy Catholic Church, 1515 Saltillo St., San Antonio, TX 78207. Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery II.

Due to the Covid-19 declaration by the City, County and State Officials, the Visitation will be limited to 50 guests in the chapel.

Facial coverings must be worn at all times while in the building.
