Mr. Porfirio "Pete" R. Leal Jr., born on October 21, 1941 in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon Mexico, was called to heaven by our Lord on November 4, 2009.
It was through his tremendous work ethic that he unceasingly strived to provide for his family and loved ones till the day he was called to rest. Always putting others before himself, he lived a life of faith, and at all times was able to reassure us of Gods divine plan.
Whether through a gentle smile, a warm embrace, or through his true passion of ministering through music and teaching, he always comforted us in our time of need.
You will be in our hearts forever, until we meet again "Mas Aya Del Sol."
He is preceded in death by his sister, Yolanda Leal; grandson, Javier Luna, and more recently by sister, Irma Martinez. Porfirio lived a dedicated life for his family.
Porfirio is survived by his wife, Dolores; his daughter, Laura; his parents, Maria and Porfirio Leal Sr.; sister, Rosie and brothers, Richard, Fernando, Ruben, Roland, and Gilbert; grandchildren, Nicole, Natalie, Shawn, Kristen, Steven and Gabriella, and great grandchildren Scarlett, Allyson and Annabelle.
