Peter Davis

If that is true, then Peter Davis Sr made a great life. He was a very giving person. Helping friends and family when he could.

Peter Davis was born Pedro Davis on January 8th 1935 in San Antonio, Texas. Sadly, he left this earth on December 29, 2023. He was the first born to Olivia Davis. He lived in San Antonio all his life.

Peter Davis worked at Turbine Support as a commercial inspector for airplane parts. He also retired from the company after working there over 25 years.

In 1959 Peter Davis married Gladys Connie Garza. They eventually had three children. Joann, Peter Jr and Eva. Peter and Gladys eventually divorced and each remarried but these marriages did not last. Peter and Gladys reunited a few years later and stayed together till her death in 1990.

In 1997 Peter met Eloisa Morales. This union was made on the dance floor. They met at a dance organized by friends and thus began their life together. Peter and Eloisa were together for 27 years until his passing on December 29, 2023.

Peter Davis Sr was survived by his son Peter Davis Jr, daughter Eva Davis Heimann and his grandchildren Heather Pellegrin, Zachary Heimann and Matthew Heimann. He is also survived by five stepchildren and numerous step grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Peter Davis Sr served in the Army and was deployed to Korea during the Korean Conflict. He did not make a career of the Army but he served our country well. Peter Davis Sr was a member of a gun club for many years. He served as Sergeant of Arms and Treasurer within the club. Peter’s other hobbies were Archery, hunting, fishing and camping. He was an outdoors man and loved every minute of it.

Peter Davis Sr was greatly loved by his family and friends. He was also feared by some people that crossed his path. Those who knew him knew him well and those who didn’t are the one’s that feared him. Peter was an intense but fair man. The people that truly knew him know what I am talking about. He affected many people’s lives with his presence and he will be greatly missed.
