Peggy Howse went to be with the Lord on May 14, 2015 in San Antonio, Texas. Peggy was preceded in death by her father William A. Jenkins and grandson James Robert Binnington. Peggy is survived by her loving husband James Howse; daughter Rachel Binnington (Timothy) and son James W. Howse. Peggy is also survived by her mother Juanita Jenkins; brothers Mark and Bill Jenkins and granddaughter Helena Binnington and numerous extended family and friends.
