Pedro B. Ramirez, 72, of Lytle, Tx, passed away November 24, 2021. He was born in Highland Park, Michigan on August 04, 1949 to Pedro and Margarita Ramirez and was married to JoAnn T. Ramirez for 52 years.
Pedro worked as an aircraft engineer for Lockheed Martin, was a welder for Kelly Air Force Base, was in the Marines and the Army National Guard. He was a member of the American Legion Post 443-Gene Ramirez and had a passion for fishing, loved to listen to music (oldies but goodies), dance like The Fonz, shooting his guns and watching old cowboy movies.
He was preceded in death by his parents Pedro and Margarita Ramirez; sons, Pete T. Ramirez and Gene Ramirez; and numerous sister and brother in-laws.
He is survived by his wife, JoAnn T Ramirez; daughter, Pamela (son in-law Herman); grand-daughter Samantha Elaine Woods (fiancé Paul); great grand-daughter, Scarlett Jade; his two grand-sons, Michael Stewart Woods and Sean Tristian Woods; sister, Carol Rocco; brothers and sisters in-laws, Richard (Nadine) Ramirez, Charlie (Olga) Ramirez and Roy (Grace) Ramirez.
The gentlemen who will be serving as pall bearers will be, Michael Woods, Sean Woods, Roy Anthony Ramirez, Charlie Ramirez, Pablo Cruz and Paul Cruz.
A visitation for Pedro will be held Monday, December 13, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, TX 78237. A rosary will be held at 7:00 PM. A chapel service will occur Tuesday, December 14, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM,Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home. An interment will follow at San Fernando Cemetery II, 746 Castroville Rd., San Antonio, TX 78237.
