Pauline "Polly" Schwartz

Pauline “Polly” Schwartz of San Antonio, TX passed away on Jan 12, 2012 at the age of 83. A gentle caring & loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt & friend. She is preceded in death by her late husband A.C. Schwartz; Survived by their son, Craig & wife Paula; grandchildren Christian, Juretta, & Nickolas; great-grandchildren, Mason, Alex Jr., Davin, Mollie, Carly, Giovanni, & Dominic; Brothers Billy & John; As well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins & friends, who were all near & dear to her heart. She will be deeply missed by many and forgotten by few.

Visitation will be 6-9:00 pm on Sunday, January 15, 2012 at Sunset Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm on Monday, January 16, 2012 at the Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. Entombment will take place at Sunset Memorial Park at a later time.
