Patrick Michael Sullivan, Jr. entered into eternal rest on December 29, 2011 at the age of 27 in San Antonio, TX. He was born on December 11, 1984 in Cumberland, MD. Patrick was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents. He is survived by his parents, Patrick and Katherine Sullivan; sister, Shauna Sullivan; numerous cousins and many friends.
