Olivia D. Leal

Olivia DeAnda Leal, age 90, entered eternal rest on February 25,2022 in San Antonio , Texas. Olivia was born on March 2, 1931 in Eden, Texas to Fecundo and Amalia DeAnda. After graduating from Menard High School , Olivia and her sister Amy left for the big city of San Antonio to attend business college. After business college Olivia "Libby", worked Civil Service at Kelly Air Force Base 20 years and it is where she met Victor, the love of her life.

Victor and Libby were married for 63 years and have four wonderful and loving children , eight grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren. Libby was an avid Spurs fan , enjoyed gardening, sewing, dancing to country music in the kitchen with grandchildren, finding Goodwill treasures, and hitting the slot machines $. Libby was a class act! She was a joy to all, had unconditional love for all, encouraged all those around her to be true to themselves living their best life. Libby was a true gem and we are all so blessed to call her "Mama".

Olivia is preceded in death by her loving husband Victor "Peekiee", her parents Fecundo and Amalia, and her siblings Juanita, Rudy, Alvin, Celia, Amy, Leopoldo , and Leonardo.

Olivia is survived by her children Steve and wife Ruth, Sylvia Kirk, Vanessa Leal, Victor and wife Jennifer. Grandchildren BobbyJoe Kirk, Matt Kirk, Katie Kirk Velez, Jake Kirk, Tina Burghard, Lauren Charlton, Scott and Spencer Leal. Great-grandchildren Maddie, Joe, Levi, Benny, Jackson, Milo, Wyatt, Ethan, Austin, Zoey, Taylor, and Logan...
