Olivia V. Bruno was born in San Antonio, TX on April 12, 1946 to Doroteo & Ofelia (Briseno) Velasquez and passed away on February 24, 2013 in San Antonio, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents. Surviving are her husband, Joe E. Bruno, Jr; daughters, Rita Ann Maddox and husband, Scott, Lisa Marie Abercrombie and husband, Jason; grandchildren, Tristan Lane Maddox, Tyler Cole Maddox, Andrew Payton Abercrombie, Isabella Olivia Abercrombie; sister, Maria B. Velasquez; brother, Doroteo (Ted) Velasquez and wife, Ursula. Visitation will be on Friday, March 1, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel, with a Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 3303 Urban Crest San Antonio, TX 78209.
