Noriko Hain passed away at age 77 on January 26, 2011. She is preceded in death by her parents; twin sister, Taeko Hosaka; sister, Kinuko Takano; and bothers, Atsuhiro Hosaka, Tomihei Hosaka and Toshio Hosaka. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Richard M. Hain; and sisters living in Japan, Yayoko Nagashima, Toshiko Hosaka and Miyoko Tsukada. She loved animal;s and "Tiffany" will also grieve for her. During her husband's military career and later as a business executive she was a solid support both spiritually and socially to his success. She was a member of the Merry Widows of the 6990th Security Squadron and the Air Force Wives Club. Until her recent illness restricted her travel she enjoyed frequent visits to Las Vegas where she was regarded as a highly skilled slot machine player. Throughout her life she was known as a caring and giving person. She will be missed. The visitation will be held at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, January 31, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Graveside services will be at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery on Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Kidney Foundation.
