Nick L. Esquivel

Nick L. Esquivel entered in to rest March 7, 2014, at the age of 88. Nick was born to Victor and Sofia Esquivel on September 1, 1925. He is preceded by his parents, first wife Adele Esquivel; brothers and sisters Feliciano, Jesus, Antonio, Joe and Sofia, also Mr. and Mrs. Jesus Arrambide. Nick is survived by wife Mary Esquivel, Frank and Emma Esquivel, Cecelia and Joe Saucedo, 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, Victor and Margaret Esquivel, Mary Ellen and James Garcia, sisters in law; Adela, Christina and Maureen and numerous nieces and nephews and his pet dog Beauty. Nick retired after many years with Southwestern Drug and McKesson Pharmacy. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and Guadalupanas at OLPH. A visitation will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 618 S. Grimes; Monday, March 10 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm with a rosary being recited at 7:00 pm. A funeral mass will be held at the church Tuesday, March 11 at 1:00pm officiated by Father James C. Arrambide.
