Michael B. O'Quinn

Michael Bolen O’Quinn who was born on November 14, 1934 in Marfa, Texas, passed away on August 8, 2013 at his home in San Antonio. He served in the U.S. Army 1957 to 1959. He graduated from St. Mary’s Law School in 1965. In 1967 he became a Municipal Court Judge for the City of San Antonio for 28 years until his retirement in 1999. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin Bolen O’Quinn and Elenor Griffin O’Quinn. He is survived by his wife Shirley, son Chester Hurst, and daughter, Elaine Griffin, five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Sunset North Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Wednesday, August 14 with a reception to follow at the funeral home.
