Ruth Mary Mallory, age 81, went to be with the Lord on August 7, 2012 in Leander, TX. She was born on April 11, 1931 in North Platte, NE to Nels & Anna Hansen. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother & friend. She retired after 15 years at the El Paso Times as a newsroom secretary.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard L. Mallory in 1997; and 2 brothers, Earl & Paul Hansen.
She is survived by her daughters, Pamela Mallory Polk of Leander, TX and Marilyn Mallory Ames of League City, TX; 4 grandchildren, Lauren Ricci of Buckley, WA, Lee Ames of Sioux Falls, SD, Nicole Ames, League City, TX and Andrew Ames of League City, TX; brother, Don Hansen of AZ; 2 brothers-in-law, John & Bud Mallory; 3 nephews and other loving relatives.
