Mary Alice Espinoza Gonzales

Mary Alice Gonzales, age 58, passed away September 12, 2011 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born on May 5, 1953 in San Antonio, Texas to Felipe and Mary Espinoza. She was a graduate of Lanier High School in 1971 and graduated from UTSA in 2009 with a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting. She was currently working at Valero as an accountant. She was a breast cancer survivor in 2006. Mary Alice is survived by her husband Herman Gonzales Jr., daughters, Debra Jean Valdez, Erica Marie Vasquez and husband Reynaldo, Kimberly Nicole Gonzales; grandchildren, Andrew, Nicholas, Zachery, Kamryn and Jeremy Valdez, Adrian and Dominic Vasquez; sister, Rose Marie Salomon; brothers, Phillip Espinoza Jr., Fred Espinoza, Tommy Michael Espinoza and Henry Mario Espinoza; numerous nieces and nephews and extended family. Visitation will be at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 7893 Grissom Rd on Thursday, September 15, 2011 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. with a rosary recited at 7:00 P.M. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. Friday, September 16, 2011 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church with Rev. Msgr. Patrick Cronin officiating. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery at Cordi-Marian.
