Mary De La Vega was called home to be with the Lord, on December 18, 2015 at the age of 76. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Victor De La Vega Sr., her beloved mother Margarita Rodriguez and sister Manuela Garcia. Mary is survived by her loving children; Arthur Gallegos, Victor De La Vega Jr. (Hope), Jimmy De La Vega (Patty), Lydia Trevino, Lucinda Juarez (Benny), Eloise Ramirez, Manuel De La Vega, Rachel Tran (Hank), siblings; Margie Zepeda (Raul), Manuel Santos (Clara), numerous Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great-Great Grandchildren. Mary will be greatly missed. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. for a 9:30 a.m. Mass of Resurrection at Little Flower Parish with Interment to follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
