Mary Nell Castillo our beloved wife, mom and grandmother went to be with the Lord on July 4, 2013 at the age of 75. She was preceded in death by her mother, Jesusa Alderete and son, Adam Castillo. Nell also known as mom is survived by her husband of 45 years, Daniel Castillo; son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Laura Castillo; grandkids, Sierra, Lacie and Alexis Castillo; great grandson, Jerry Segundo. Mr. and Mrs. Castillo were the previous owners of Aztec Inn and Whiteside Ice. Nell will be dearly missed and in our hearts forever. We know she will be our special Angel watching over us forever. Visitation will begin 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at Roy Akers Funeral Home, 515 N. Main Avenue with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that evening at the funeral home. A Chapel Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 11, 2013 at the funeral home. Interment to follow in Mission South Burial Park.
