Marie was a member of the Ladies Auxillary of VFW Post 8800. She loved Bingo and fishing.
Marie was preceded in death by her parents, Phillip and Christina; her husband, William; and her sisters, Ann, Rita, Vera, and Olivia.
Marie is survived by her children, Margaret Braun, Richard Burgess (Leesa); her grandchildren, Christopher Braun (Diana), Jason Braun, Mark Braun (Mckenzie), Jordan Burgess; and 5 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, April 20th at Sunset Funeral Home with a Rosary to begin at 7:00 pm. The funeral service will be at the Sunset Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, April 21st at 3:00 pm with a committal service to follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
