Mariano C. Lozano

Mariano C. Lozano, 89, went to be with the Lord on August 5, 2016. He was born in Nuevo Laredo Mexico on February 23, 1927 to Mariano and Antonia Cantu Lozano. Mariano was a loving and dedicated father and husband who always put his family first. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. He is preceded in death by his parents, and his son Mariano Lozano Jr. He is survived by his loving wife Ofelia S. Lozano of 66 years, and his daughters: Dora Garcia, Norma Salgado (Raul) and Sylvia Espinoza; grandchildren: Margaret Hunter, Gabie Duron, Raul Salgado Jr., Mariano Gutierrez, Laura Sanchez, Ben Garcia, Megan Espinoza, and Brianna Espinoza; 15 Great-Grandchildren, and 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren. The visitation will be held August 10, 2016 from 5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. A procession will leave the Funeral Home on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Resurrection at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 2114 W. Houston Ave, with burial at San Fernando II to follow.
