Maria Jessie Soliz went to be with the Lord, September 6, 2014 at the age of 63. She is preceded in death by her parent Estevan & Antonia V. Cruz; sisters Maria Olmos, Mami Rebber, Susana Cruz and brother Estevan Cruz. Mrs. Soliz is survived by her husband Daniel R. Soliz Sr., Siblings Juanita Cruz of Amarillo TX, Mary Ibanez of Los Ybanez TX, Martha Cruz of Lamesa TX; sons Daniel Soliz Jr., Jesse Solis, Eloy Soliz; daughters Diana Soliz, Soila C. Soliz (Rodney Barona), Janie D. Soliz; granddaughter Stephanie Soliz; 24 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. A visitation will begin, Thursday, September 11, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home, Friday, September 12, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00a.m. Mass to be celebrated at ST. Jude Catholic Church, with interment to follow in San Fernando III. Arrangements under the direction of Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, San Antonio, TX.
