Maria Ruiz

Maria Rosita Ruiz born on July 15, 1943 in Fredericksburg, TX went to be with the Lord on March 27, 2016. She is preceded in death by her sister Juanita Sanchez and her brother Antonio Medrano Jr. She is survived by her daughter Maria O’Connell (Bill) and three grandchildren, Angel, Jacob and Vidal. Maria’s surviving siblings are Ermelinda Gomez (Juan); Epifania Gutierrez (Baldomero) and Rosalinda Sanchez (David). Maria most enjoyed spending time with family. One of her biggest joys was attending her grandchildren’s sporting events, sewing and cooking. She will be truly missed by family and friends. The visitation will begin on Thursday March 31, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 7:00p.m. at Trevino funeral home on 226 Cupples Rd. A chapel service will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Friday April 1st, 2016 with a funeral procession departing at 11:00 a.m. to Chapel Hill Burial Park for interment.
