She is survived by his son Gonzalo Herrera and wife Geronima; grandchildren Javier Herrera, Jose Herrera, Griseda Santos; great grandchildren Angel Herrera and Josiah Santos; and great great grandchildren Clarissa Herrera and Gabriela Santos. She is also survived by her daughter Martha R Ortiz and husband Raymond; grandchild Roland Ortiz and wife Stephana, Rene R. Ortiz and wife Laura, and Robert R. Ortiz; and great grandchildren Austin Ortiz, Armand Ortiz, Aspen Ortiz, Gaven Ortiz, Tiago Ortiz, and Benicio Ortiz.
A rosary service for Maria will be held Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at 10:00 AM at St. Brigid's Catholic Church, 6907 Kitchener, San Antonio, TX 78240. A funeral service will follow at 10:30 AM with graveside service afterwards at Sunset Memorial Park, 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, TX 78218.
