Maria Q. Lopez

Maria Q. Lopez born July 20, 1948 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico went to be with the Lord on October 22, 2017 at the age of 69. She is preceded in death by her parents, Andres & Irene Quezada; beloved husband of 41 years, Guadalupe G. Lopez; children, Lydia, Ignacio and Joe G. Lopez. She is survived by her loving daughters, Beronica Lopez (Bernie), Laura Lopez-Bondoc, Janie Garza (Javier), Diana Lopez (Antonio), Helen Gonzalez (Henry), Letty Anger (Rudy) and Irma Lopez-Stevens (Don). Maria is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and numerous other extended family members. She was a loving, hardworking mother who instilled her sense of work ethic in her daughters and taught them that you can accomplish everything you set your mind and heart to.

A Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home on Thursday, October 26, 2017, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. On Friday, October 27, 2017, a Mass of Resurrection will be held at 10:00 a.m. at St. John Berchmans Catholic Church with Entombment to follow at San Fernando II Cemetery.
