Maria Amparo H. Trevino born on October 9, 1923 in San Antonio,TX was called by the Lord on October 18, 2012 at the age of 89. She is preceded in death by her husband, Salvador P. Trevino, Sr.; parents, Francisco, Sr. and Julia P. Hernandez; brother, Tomas Hernandez; sisters, Consuelo “Chelo” Huron and Julia “Dolly” Minjarez. She is survived by daughters and sons-in-law; Amparo T. and Ron Hayes, Olga Espinoza, Yolanda and Alex Satarain; sons and daughters-in-law, Salvador, Jr. and Teresa Trevino, Ernest H. and Sandra Trevino, Edward N. and Isabel Trevino; also, 15 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren; brothers, Richard Hernandez, Frank Hernandez, Jr. and John Michael Hernandez. Visitation will begin at 3:00 p.m. Monday October 22, 2012 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. followed by a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. A procession will depart from the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday October 23, 2012 for a 10:00 a.m. Mass at St. Agnes Catholic Church,814 Ruiz St. Interment will follow at San Fernando Cemetery No.2, 746 Castroville Rd.
