Margarita M. Sanchez

Margarita M. Sanchez, born on January 10, 1942, in Brownsville, TX, was called to be with the Lord on November 9, 2019, at the age of 77. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband: Francisco M. Sanchez; step-son, Daniel T. Sanchez; and parents: Luis and Carlota Montes. Margarita is survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Margarita will be dearly missed by all her close family and friends. She was known for being a fun, strong, and outspoken woman. Margarita enjoyed receiving visitors and joking with them up until the time of her death. Margarita was social, loved to dance and would listen to the radio while she cooked. She was a mother, grandma and dear friend. She is now laughing and dancing in heaven.

The visitation will be held on Monday, November 25, 2019, at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Road, San Antonio, Texas 78211, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. On Tuesday, November 26, 2019, the funeral service will take place at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church, 1918 Palo Alto Road, at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 11:30 a.m.
