Margaret R. Santos born on February 3, 1933 in San Antonio,TX went to be with the Lord and was reunited with her husband, Benito G. Santos on March 8, 2013 at the age of 80. She loved to bake, make ceramics, cross stitch and travel. She was a very strong and independent woman. Our hearts will forever ache in the absence of her presence. She leaves behind her son, Raul Carrasco (Rhonda Sharon) and her daughter, Mandy M. Santos (Billy Blunt); granddaughter, Rio Carrasco (Nicolas Faraklas); great granddaughter, Sophia L. Faraklas; also numerous nieces, nephews and family. Visitation will be held at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday March 15, 2013 with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. A procession will depart from the funeral home on Saturday March 16, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. for a 11:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Cemetery in Selma, TX.
