Manuela G. Reyes, 99, went to be with her Lord on January 18, 2018. She was born on May 30, 1918 in Nuevo, Mexico to Antonio and Julia Garcia. Manuela and her husband Paul were members of the Guadalupanas. She loved watching sports, cooking and enjoyed traveling to Las Vegas. She is preceded in death by her husband: Paul C. Reyes; son Frank W. Reyes. She is survived by her son: Paul A. Reyes and wife Kathleen; Daughter in Law Laura Reyes, Son in Law Scott, daughter in Law Debra K. Reyes; grandchildren: Julie Marie Reyes, Jason Reyes, Camaron Thorley, and Evan Thorley, Blair Nicole Reyes, Blake Cameron Reyes; Great-Grandchild: Jessica Reyes and family friend: Gerald Pennington. Visitation will be Friday January 26, 2018 from _:00 p.m. to _:00 p.m., with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. at Funeraria del Angel Roy Akers 515 N. Main Ave. The Funeral Mass will on Saturday, January 27, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church 2114 W. Houston St. with interment to follow at San Fernando II.
