M. Dawn Davis

Margrett Dawn, more affectionately known as Dawn Dawn, was a wife, sister, daughter, devoted step-mom, loving aunt to many, and friend. She loyally worked for Sears for many years and even went back into sales after retiring. She faithfully served in the church and was committed to all that she did. She was always up for a good family game, and a competitive one at that. Her nieces and their families were a part of her everyday life. She was a sweet and loving aunt, great aunt and great-great aunt!

She was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Lee R Davis, her parents Henry J. Skelton and Ella (Fuqua) Skelton and sister-in-law, Leona (Zimmerman) Skelton.

She is survived by Stepdaughter Crecia Hill, siblings Darlene Conley, Dwain Skelton, Dan Skelton, Betty Tondre (Bill Tondre), step granddaughter, step great grandson, numerous close and loving nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and nephews, and great grand - nieces and nephews.

Services for Margrett Dawn Davis will be held Friday, June 16, 2023 at Sunset Funeral Home - 1701 Austin Highway, San Antonio, Texas 78218. Services will start with a visitation at 1 pm, Funeral Service at 2 pm, and the Graveside will be at 3 pm for all who wish to attend at Sunset Memorial Park.

Pastor Bobby Nixon and Pastor Paul Brothers will officiate the services.
