Lucia Gomez born on December 13, 1918 in Lacoste, Texas went to be with the Lord on May 7, 2015 at the age of 96. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Pedro Vega. She is survived by her sister Maria G. Mejias; also several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. for a 10:30 a.m. Mass of the Ressurrection at St. Josephs' Catholic Church (South San). Interment to follow at First Memorial Burial Park.
