Lloyd Preston Diaz M.D.

Lloyd, born to Myra Frapart (Ross Frapart) & Tomas Diaz (Teri Diaz), took his first breath on February 24, 1979. He is survived by both sets of parents and his sisters and brothers, Sara Botello (James), Rachel Bulson (James), Tamar Diaz, Sam Frapart and Joel Frapart.

After graduating from Health Careers High School in 1997, he went on to study Science and Medicine at North Eastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. He pursued and was awarded a Bachelor of science degree and then awarded a Doctor of Medicine. After obtaining his Doctor of Medicine accolade, he landed his first job as an Anesthesiologist, kicking off a 20 year career in the medical field helping and healing people.

Lloyd lived a vibrant life and he loved his family fiercely. He enjoyed being a member of MENSA and the American Medical Association. We will miss him dearly.

Services will be held at Temple Beth-El on Sunday October 24, 2021 at 2pm.
