Lilla Mary Courtney, age 96, died Saturday, October 8, 2016. She was preceded in death by her late husband, Major Charles Courtney, and son Charles George Courtney; her parents George and Eva Granger; her many brothers and sisters; and son-in-law, Joseph Sullivan.
She is survived by her daughter; Carolyn Sullivan, son James M. Courtney, and his wife Becky; her daughter-in-law, Belinda Courtney; her grandchildren, Brian and Brenda Courtney. Wish to acknowledge all the residents and staff at the Waterford at Thousand Oaks for their friendship and support.
Graveside service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Monday, October 17, 2016 at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army.
