Leticia H. Lozano

Leticia Hernandez Lozano was born on June 24, 1952 and passed away Thursday, May 12, 2011. Our beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt will be deeply missed. She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond L. Hernandez and is survived by her mother, Carmen Hernandez, her loving and devoted husband Jesse M. Lozano, her son Sergio Luis Lozano and daughter, Seleñia Lozano Chavez (Stephen). She is also survived by her sisters, Linda Hernandez, Lydia Anna Hurtado (Joel), brothers, Rene Hernandez (Laura) and Reuben Hernandez (Angie), as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Leticia worked for Methodist Metropolitan Hospital for over 20 years and touched many lives working in the emergency room. The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the doctors, nurses and hospital staff at Christus Sister Mary Hospice Center for their constant care and compassion. Visitation will be on Sunday, May 15, 2011 at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church, 700 Dewhurst Street, starting at 6:00 P.M. with a rosary at 7:00 P.M. The funeral procession will depart Sunset Northwest Funeral Home on Monday, May 16, 2011 at 10:30 A.M. for a funeral mass to be celebrated at 11:00 A.M. at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church with Rev. Msgr. Michael O’Gorman officiating. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
