Ken was baptized and confirmed at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. He attended and graduated from Robert E Lee High School. He continued his studies at Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Ken served in the US Navy Reserve. After retirement, Ken enjoyed fishing, corvette and other car shows, and watching his favorite football and baseball teams. His fun times were trips to casinos in Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Las Vegas. He enjoyed meeting and joining relatives and friends to try their luck. Ken loved going to church picnics in the small country towns especially Moulton, Texas. Ken looked forward each year to the Seidel Family Christmas, and was known for bringing a pot of Sustr Beef Stew, the recipe handed down from his parents. He will be missed by his family and friends. Ken leaves behind his buddy Leo the dog which was his best friend and pride & joy.
