Karla Maldonado

Karla Maldonado, age 27, of San Antonio, Texas, passed away on Monday, June 1, 2020. Karla was born May 5, 1993. Karla was preceded in death by her grandparents: Herminia Martinez, Julian Hernandez, Lonjino Sierra, and Trinidad Rodriguez; and her cousin: Refugio Rodriguez. She is survived by her mother: Aracelli Sierra; her son: Derek Elias Sierra; her sisters: Kacey Sierra and Jennifer Sierra; her nephews: Citlalli Rocha and Hector Rocha; her grandparents: Maria and Gregorio Sierra; her extended family, aunts, uncles, numerous cousins and friends. Karla will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends.

A visitation for Karla will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2020, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Road, with a Prayer Service to be held at 7:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 12, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at San Fernando III Cemetery, 1735 Cupples Road, San Antonio, Texas 78226.
