You were more than my grandpa, you were the only father in my life. As I look at your journey all I see is love, sacrifice, commitment, dedication and gratitude. You were an amazing man! You were a hard worker, you were loyal to your country and to your family. I am going to miss you more than my words can describe. I’m so grateful for the time I had with you and the time my children had with you. I will hold on to my memories and I will cherish them forever. “A picture is worth a thousand words”. The way you would look at me...the unconditional love I know you had for me. Thank you for giving me an extraordinary example to follow. I know my strength comes from you. I love you.

I enjoyed seeing your Mother and Grandfather at the baseball games.  He was a very nice gentleman 

My Dad was a family man. He always took care of his family. Even after I was married with 2 kids he would come to visit me in Laredo and would bring me papas,chorizo,eggs,tomato, onions and of course flour tortillas. You might be asking why he would bring food, but he thought I was too skinny and wasn’t being fed haha!! That was Dad he was always making sure that his family was being taken care of. Miss you Daddy!! You will forever live in my ❤️!!

Julian Ramirez was a Purple Heart medal recipient. He fought for his coutry and he proved his bravery in answering  God's call to LOVE. He was a true model for his family and country. Let's not for get  to thank  his famly who continue to make daily sacrifises with or without medals. I will never forget the day my grandpa lost his keys back in the day. He had all my sister's and my parents going crazy looking everywhere for them. He just couldn't remember where he had left them.  After a couple of hours searching his house and my parents house and even his garage he finally found them. He had them with him this whole time and didn't feel them or here them rattle.   Oh boy did we all laugh when he told us where exactly the keys ended up at.  We wish miss you darling. Love your granddaughter Tracie Luhrs 💜

Daddy you are my hero! You’re finally resting with mommy up in heaven.  You were an amazing father and grandfather to my children. Living two houses down from you and mom was a blessing, we’ve shared so many memories from my childhood to my adult life. I remember when we used to sit outside and you would tell us your crazy jokes and mom would be yelling “JULIAN, stop it.”  Or when I would go visit he would say “who in the hell are you” I would tell him “ who in the hell are you talking to, it’s me gracie” and he would start laughing and say “ I know”. I will miss you everyday and never stop thinking about you. I love you so much daddy.

Please accept the condolences of our entire office. We know you spent many years in San Antonio taking care of your parents; you are a caring and loving daughter.
Your dad lived a long life, and he had a large family. I am sure he and your mom enjoyed their children and they in turn loved their parents.

My grandfather was a courages man. You always left with a smile on your face and a belly full of laughter. There are so many memories it is hard to choose, but the best ones were watching you hold my children in your arms and hearing Mikayla tell you “que quieres grandpa!” Haha. Being able to grow up with you in my life was such a blessing and I will forever cherish those memories we shared together. You will forever be my hero! I love you with all my heart. 

My grandpa was an amazing man, if anyone knew him you know you were in for a good laugh. I will always remember him working in the garage on some sort of project drinking and grandma yelling at him for saying something. I was always thankful my parents lived two houses away from my grandparents so we always had two houses to play at. When my grandpa wasn’t working in the garage he was in his den watching movies and he was the one to introduce the movies Laurel and Hardy to Ashley and I and we hung out and laughed. These great memories will be cherish. Love and miss you Grandpa ❤️

My dear loving father, how I am going to miss you. Your hands were strong as steel yet loving at the same time. You provided for your 8 children and your wife. You were a hard worker. You are my hero. A World War 2 Purple Heart recipient twice, plus other medals. It was an honor that God chose me to be you daughter. You are now reunited with mom and your granddaughter Melissa Ann, plus your mom and dad, brothers and sisters and many more. All in heaven woshipping our Heavenly Father and His Son Jesus Christ. You and mom have a new body and your Eternal Home that I will one day join you at. Till We Meet Again..Love you always, your first born daughter Irma!😢❤
