Julian Y. Escobedo was called home to be with the Lord, on November 09, 2014 at the age of 86. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Josefina S. Escobedo, sister Santos Rodriguez and brother Jose Escobedo Jr. Julian is survived by his loving sons Julian P. Escobedo(Leticia), Ramiro S. Escobedo (Estella), grandchildren; Kamé Escobedo, Ashley Contreras, Alexis Escobedo, great grandchild Arabella Contreras, sister Alicia Acosta and numerous nieces and nephews. Family would like to give a special thanks to Father Phil, Dr. Nikas and all the staff at Vitas Hospice for all their care and support. . Services will be held on Sunday, November 16, 2014 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road with a viewing starting at 5:00 p.m. and Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A procession will depart the funeral home on Monday November 17, 2014 at 10:15 a.m. for a 11:00 a.m. Mass of Resurrection at St. Dominic Catholic Church with interment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery II.
