Julia Z. Cazares

Julia Z.Cazares, beloved mother and grandmother, went to be with the Lord, on Saturday, December 31, 2011, at the age of 83. She was born in Brady, Texas, to parents Paulo and Ignacia Zavala, on January 3, 1928. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Julia was preceded in death by her parents and her sons, Ignacio and Jesus. She is survived by her husband, Alfonso Cazares; daughters, Rosalinda Cazares and Leticia Rocha and her husband Felix; son, Javier Cazares and his wife Dora; and her grandchildren, Jesse Jr., Felicia, Felix IV, Francesca, Javier and Monica. The family will receive friends at Funeraria Del Angel Roy Akers, on Wednesday, January 4, 2012, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. A procession will depart the funeral home on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. for a 9:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1321 El Paso Street.
