Juanita V. Lopez

She is preceded in death by her parents, Marcus and Dolores Villarreal, her beloved husband, Jacob Lopez, siblings Josie Conley, Hope Castillo, Connie Wilson, Lino Villarreal, and Jesse Villarreal.

She is survived by her children, Mike Villarreal (Diane), Edward Lopez (Estella), Lino Lopez (Paula), Rick Lopez and Pauline Ruiz (Faustino); her siblings, Lucy Villarreal, Pauline Gonzales, Nell Flores, and Marcus Villarreal ; grandchildren, Edward Rice, Johnathan Rice, Victoria Rice, Cindy Lopez, Michael Lopez, Katherine Lopez, Santana Lopez, Valerie Lopez, Richard Lopez, Albert Jacobs Lopez, Michael Villarreal, Stephanie Villarreal, Jeremy Villarreal, and numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Juanita enjoyed crochet, she created intricate bedspreads and doilies for her family to enjoy.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, May 8, 2022 from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Trevino Funeral Home with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm. On Monday, May 9, 2022 a Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at 12:00 pm at St. Joseph (So San) Catholic Church with interment to follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
