Juanita Guzman

Juanita G. Guzman went to be with the Lord, February 17, 2011 at the age of 91.She is preceded in death by her loving husband Efraim Guzman, Sr. and son Efraim Guzman Jr. Mrs. Guzman is survived by her children Jesusita “Trudy” Perez (Victor), Gloria Fuentes (Jesse), Alberto Guzman (Patricia), Margot Cevallos (Andy); grandchildren John, Daniel, Bianca, Jennifer, Valeria, Brianna, Jarred, Vanessa, James, Anthony; great grandchildren Joshua, Juliana, Audrey, Nathan John; sisters Olivia, Esther, Ramona, Frances. The family would also like to express their gratitude to the staff & volunteers at Northgate Health & Rehab and to Vitas hospice for the care and compassion given to Juanita. A visitation will begin Sunday, February 27, 2011, 2:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home 10:30 a.m. on Monday, February 28, 2011 for an 11:00 a.m. Mass to be celebrated at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church with interment to follow in Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
