Juan A Hernandez

Juan Hernandez born on October 31, 1939 in Peck, Michigan went to be with our lord on April 30, 2020. He is preceded in death by his beloved father Cleofas Hernandez, mother Gregoria Hernandez and brother Jesus Hernandez. He is survived by his 5 daughters whom he referred to as, “mis cinco indias.” Rosenda Trujillo (Edward), Elizabeth Gonzalez (Ramiro), Guadalupe Gomez (Tereso), Joann Hernandez (Robert) and Janie Orta (Mario). Surviving siblings Angelina Alfaro (Robert) and Rosendo Hernandez (Dolores). Also by his 13 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Juan worked for San Antonio ISD where he retired after 22 yrs. He will be dearly missed by his daughters, family and friends.

Visitation services will be at Trevino Funeral Home 226 Cupples Rd. on Friday, May 8th from 5pm - 9pm with a Rosary at 7pm. Mass of the resurrection will be at 12 pm on Saturday, May 9th at San Martin de Porres Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Hondo Cemetery Oakwood section.
