Those of us, who had the good fortune to spend time with him, will always appreciate his love of life and music, especially for playing the bass guitar. At one time, Juan was the basist with Mike and the Bellaires, and played with the legendary San Antonio, saxophonist, Spot Barnett. He inculcated that passion for music in his children and grandchildren.
