Juan R. Amador, born on July 13, 1960 in San Antonio, TX was called to be with the Lord on November 23, 2019 at the age of 59. Juan loved life and music. He was an avid Mariachi performer and enjoyed every moment he played with many other musicians.He is survived by his children, Melanie Salinas, Olivia Cardenas, Cassandra Alvarez and Angelica Juarez; grandchildren, Amber, Damian, Sebastian, Fabian, Daniel, Xavier, Logan, London, and Leon; brothers; Salvador, Gilbert and Martin Amador. The Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at The Holy One Church, 379 E. Petaluma St., followed by a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 6, 2019 at The Holy One Church with The Rev. Ruben Cortez officiating. Interment will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery. There will be no procession from the funeral home on Friday. Everyone will meet at church.
