Joshua Lee Jones

Joshua Lee Jones, our beloved son and brother went to be with the Lord on August 2, 2011 at the age of 29. He was a loyal, giving, and spontaneous person who could really tell some funny stories. He loved his family, friends, the White Sox, Texas, and he will be greatly missed by all. Joshua was preceded in death by his grandparents, John W. and Marjorie Potter, and Edith Cresswell Jones. He will be waiting in Heaven for his devoted parents, David and Judy; sister, Casey (Michael); the love of his life, Amanda; niece, Charlotte; many aunts, uncles, cousins; his brothers in life, Danny, Zack, Chris, Will, Sal, Maynard, Ryan, Steve, Matt, the OE, his faithful companion, Tin Tin; and many, many others. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the family to help with final expenses. Donations can be sent to Casey Jones Houghton, PO Box 73, Helotes, TX 78023. A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Monday, August 8, 2011 at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be conducted at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 9, 2011 at Crossroads Baptist Church, 8300 Tezel Road. Interment will follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery with military honors.
