Joseph was born in Corpus Christi, TX, to Enrico J. Silva and Ellisa Monreal. He was the first born of triplet boys. He would always remind his two brothers he was the oldest. But his brothers would remind him he was older by 1 minute and 2 minutes.

Joseph worked for M.T. Excavation, L.L.C. He was a utilities engineer helper & laborer. He was quick at his daily tasks. Always ready to be in the hole to learn the trade. He was dedicated, persistent and fearless to carry out any and all tasks. He was ready to tackle whatever was to come.

He leaves behind his wife Tiffany, a daughter Mariposa Renee Monreal, his brother Robert A. Silva, his wife Nina & a nephew Alexander. His brother Diego J. Silva & wife Julianne. Step brothers & step sister Jaden, Layla, Alexander & Jacob Silva. His mother Ellisa Monreal Jakob & stepfather Eric Jakob. His maternal grandparents Manuel Monreal & Nellie Monreal. His biological father Enrico John Silva. Paternal grandparents Delane Romero & Dennis Romero, John Silva & Cece Silva. His great grandparents Delia Longoria & Carmen Monreal. Along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
