Josefina P. Monreal, 84, passed away on Tuesday, January 29, 2013. She was born in Tyler Texas on August 27, 1928 to Jesus and Juanita Diaz Perez. She was a longtime and faithful member of St. Gabriel’s Catholic Church. She is survived by her children, Richard P. Monreal, Ralph P. Monreal, Felipe P. Monreal, Anita Alvarado, Belinda Gill, Luis Monreal, Mary M. Casiano, Mark Monreal, Daniel Monreal, Teresa Gamboa and Cynthia M. D’Souza; 30 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and her last surviving sibling, Carolina Aguirre. The Memorial Mass will be held on Sunday, February 10, 2013 at 3:00 P.M. at St. Gabriel’s Catholic Church, 747 SW 39th Street. The interment will follow privately at a later date.
