Jose Alberto Talamantes

Joe was born June 5, 1980 in Carrizo Springs, Texas to Nevolena and Arnulfo Talamantes. He graduated from Carrizo Springs High School and pursued his Aviation Mechanic credentials in Uvalde, Texas where he earned both his Airframe and Powerplant certifications. A man of dedication, Joe enjoyed 20 brilliant years in the aviation industry.

In his spare time, Joe enjoyed the company of his family, friends and dogs. His hobbies included automotive and home projects, grilling and spending quality time with loved ones.

Known for his sense of humor, intelligence and kindhearted nature, Joe’s impact on those that surrounded him is beyond measure. Described by his family and friends as a man of generosity, aptitude and love, Joe will be greatly missed by all that had the honor and pleasure of knowing him.

Joe will be lovingly remembered by his parents; his sister, Corinna; his brother-in-law, David Garcia; his niece, Sofia; his brother, Arnulfo Talamantes Jr.; his sister-in-law, Annie; and his extended family and many friends.

His wonderful spirit will be celebrated on July 29, 2022 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera Road, San Antonio, Texas.
