Jose Maria Flores Jr., born in San Antonio, Texas, went to be with the Lord on January 4, 2015 at the age of 53. He enjoyed hanging out with his friends, playing pool, hunting, and fishing in his spare time. He is preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Lucila Flores. He is survived by his wife, Rachel Flores; daughter, Amanda and spouse Pablo; grandsons, Paul Anthony and Adrian Gage Rodriguez; sister; Diana (Rey) Tamez; niece, Nicole Tamez, and great-nieces, London and Brooklyn. He is also survived by numerous relatives and many loyal friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
A visitation will be held on Monday, January 12, 2015 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd., from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of Resurrection at St. John Berchman’s Catholic Church. Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery III.
