Jose M. Flores, Sr. born on May 7, 1919 in Beeville, TX went to be with the Lord on December 29, 2012 at the age of 93 years. He was a World War II Army Veteran and life member of the VFW Post on White Rd. He is survived by his loving wife, Lucila A. Flores; children, Diana Tamez (Reynaldo), Delia Reyes, Elia Lucio (Pedro Jr.) and Jose Flores Jr. (Rachel); 7 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren; also, a sister, Eustolia Perez. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. Monday, January 7, 2013 at Trevino Funeral Home followed by a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. A procession will depart from the funeral home at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday January 8, 2013 for a 9:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection at St. John Berchmans Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
